Clare works across several sectors but has particular experience of Industrial, Insurance and Retail Financial Services, and Energy. In the last two years, Clare has helped appoint a wide range of senior executives to general and functional management positions.

Suy Yeng

Practice Director, Interim Management

Located in our Beijing office, Suy serves clients whose interest lie in Asia Pacific outsourcing and offshoring opportunities. Her project team has assisted 14 mid sized businesses in 2013, with dramatic business restructuring programmes, from US, UK and Germany to China, India and South Africa. Suy is also our Values champion.

Rupert Hines

Non Executive Director

Rupert has held this position in International Strategy Partners since 2013. He was Managing Director in 2009 and Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Rupert has worked for more than 25 years in a wide range of senior board and non-executive director appointments with major organisations both in the UK and Europe. He now works part time as non-executive director and board advisor.

Jeremy Haynes

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy has accumulated corporate finance experience in a career of more than 30 years. Most of his working life was involved with the German chemicals’ sector. Now Jeremy provides risk assessed solutions for Global Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, and Industrial sectors. Jeremy covers the firm’s commitments to new business start-ups, private equity and management buyouts.

Since 2013 Jeremy has been leading the internal Six Sigma Black Belt Certification programme at ISP. More than 20 ISP executives now hold this certification.

Martha Hynes

Chief Executive Officer

Joined ISP as CEO in 2014. She is also practice leader for innovative solutions for the Industrial Technology & Telecommunications, International Healthcare, Professional Services, and the Consumer Goods & Services markets.
